This review is simply on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t even need names. Here’s the issue if I’ve been given misinformation all I want to do is get an understanding. Being told two different things is not my issue it’s yours as a company. I have an approved offer letter and was told on Friday we don’t accept it. Then on Monday oh bring the check and will accept it. I want to know what’s the difference? To be told oh we don’t accept Car Gurus T&C is not what I needed help with. I didn’t raise my voice, yell or even show signs of frustration I simply just wanted an understanding from “the boss” which he wanted to insert his dominance. It may not matter to you but I refuse to spend my money where I’m disrespected as a man. I could’ve easily put $1500 down for the car for “in-house” financing but first lead with respect and integrity. But hey good deal on the car! Save it for someone who’s desperate.

Beware. Very dishonest people. They gave me a car with bad transmission which could only be felt at the start. They had deliberately parked the car behind others and on the pretext of getting it out, they drove it themselves and gave it to me. I brought the car back in 30 minutes (once I realized that it had a transmission problem. they took away my 1200 on the pretext of not refunding the sales tax. When I asked them to show proof that they have paid it. They said they were not obliged to show it. Guys simply avoid this place.

Aria Affordable has been a great dealership to me. Alim and his team help me with getting into my vehicle of my choice. Quickly with no problems. I recommend them to anyone I know.
