A dealership that cares about the customers. I drove 9 hours from Missouri and 7 hours into the drive they told another person that this car was spoken for from someone driving here from Missouri, before I had even bought it. It really shows the quality of the people that work here. After test driving the car I made my purchase and it was quick and easy. Very lighthearted and funny staff that made me feel welcome. Even living in Missouri I would 100% buy again from this dealership. Thank you guys so much for my dream car!

Great experience working with the team here. They were professional, didn't pressure me, and were very transparent about the vehicle history. If you're looking for a used luxury car in the DFW area, this is a solid spot to visit. 5/5 stars.

From the first call I made to Auto Empire, to driving my vehicle off the lot was a positive experience. When I called about the vehicle I was interested in, Keith, who I dealt with, was very patient and answered all of my questions. I feel that I was treated with respect and honesty about the vehicle I was going to purchase. Keith and his crew went out of their way to get the vehicle ready as quickly as possible. I would definitely use them again in the future, and also refer them. Great job guys keep it up!

I had a fantastic experience at Auto Empire Inc. in Arlington, Texas! I saw a post of a 2013 Mercedes C-class online at this dealership and for a good price. I went in to look at the vehicle and give it a test drive but the car was not quite ready yet. Karla assured me that it would be ready the following day for me to test drive and she promised she would call me first thing when it was ready. She kept her promise and gave me a call as soon as it was done. I naturally rushed right over and took it for a test drive. I loved it! She went over all the details of purchase with me and gave me a great deal! I asked for one minor thing to be fixed on the car and she agreed and ordered the part. I purchased the vehicle and she prepared everything quickly and efficiently. When the part came in, she called me immediately and I was able to bring my car back in and have it fixed the same day. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Karla! She was kind, caring, prompt and kept her word. I will be doing more business with her and Auto Empire Inc. in the future! It's a Great place with Great Cars and Great people! ❤️🚘
