I had a great experience purchasing my 2007 honda Accord. Sergio Garcia was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I was very happy and pleased with the service I received at Discount Motors. He was professional, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you Sergio for an awesome experience. Within a few hours, I was referred, I called and then was asked to come in to qualify, checked out a few options and was driving away in my new whip... The level of service I received was phenomenal. I'm still in disbelief of how quick it went and how comfortable Sergio and his team made me feel throughout the process. I was offered a vehicle that I didn't even think I would be able to get and I didn'tknow they had.. Special thank you to the big guys for considering me and what I do when showing me options as well as scaling the deal to suit my personal needs. SERGIO is THAT guy and more than likely will be my go-to for every vehicle I purchase going forward. I appreciate you all from thr bottom of my ❤️🙏🏽🤞🏽

As previously mentioned before in another review. My engine blew and it took 3 weeks for it to be repaired. Communication with discount motors was HORRIBLE. I had to keep in contact with KIA personally to get any update with my car. Discount would not provide any type of payment arrangement, loaner car or discount for giving me a lemon. I made a payment in January. I also provided the payment department as well as the salesman with my new number. NO ONE ever called me about my payment coming up but I wake up to it getting towed. I then made a call to make the payment to get my car back but no, discount wants $1500 which includes a car payment that IS NOT DUE YET. would not take my $640 or hand over my car. I should have been told to run from this establishment. Piss poor communication and service. Looking for lawyers to take them all to court. I need my down payment money back! Such a rip off. Do NOT let these reviews fool you. They make you make a review before leaving the lot smh.
