We absolutely recommend coming here when car shopping! Omar was fantastic, very personable and knowledgeable and we didn't feel overly schmoozed like how some car salesmen like to do! Plus he gave an excellent recommendation for poke bowls for lunch! A place that will treat you fairly and honestly I feel, she is in love with her first car, she already named it! Very nice experience working with him and everyone we met there!

After my car got totaled a week ago, I was needing a new one pretty quickly. Since we had purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Mondial Auto a year ago, I went straight to their website to look around. They always have a lot of info on the cars listed, and a free carfax report. I saw one I liked and didn’t hesitate to go check it out. It was exactly as described and a really good deal. Sam and Omar are some of the nicest people around and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car. They will be my first choice for any future needs.

I was afraid to buy a vehicle site unseen from Texas. I had the best experience with Omar and Sam w the purchase of my car. He did a FaceTime visit w us so that I could see it. Great experience. The vehicle is beautiful and hope to have it for many years. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks again. The Lindgrens

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I shopped around quite a bit, and they were by far the most honest, transparent, and straightforward. The car was in great condition, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Super friendly, trustworthy staff. definitely give them a shot if you’re in the market.

I wanted to wait until I had this vehicle a year before doing this review. To me, an honest and through review can be done especially once an owner has had a vehicle after a year. This is a place that buys a lot of vehicles to sell however they sit on the lot for a long time and are not maintained properly and regularly like a larger dealership. When I arrived, the cars were literally parked bumper to bumper and door to door with little to no room between the vehicles. When I asked if I could test drive the Dodge vehicle I was interested in, Sam said, "Are you buying the vehicle today? We don't pull out the vehicle if you're not buying it." I said, "It will depend on how it looks and runs." Eventually, he called for one of his staff to pull out the vehicle however it took pulling out about five other vehicles just to get to it. The vehicle would not start initially nor any interior lights were working but after putting a new battery in it, it finally started. After test driving it, and going over a few things, I purchased a vehicle outright (no financing). Since that time, I have had nothing but problems. Battery went bad two months later (the battery that Sam had his mechanic put in was not the right battery for my vehicle), transmission went bad (was contaminated with metal shavings), radiator went bad (leaking), valve gaskets and covers went bad (leaking), and much more. Vehicle Service Contract provided by the Dealer? Worthless. Not because of the dealer but because of the vehicle service provider. Found that out during the claim process. Wouldn't cover anything but the transmission and even for the transmission, they (the provider not the dealer) wanted to put in a used transmission that had 120,000 miles on it. I cancelled that service contract and got a refund. Since I paid for the service contract through the dealer, the check went to Sam meaning the dealer had to refund the amount. He called to let me know he received it. When I picked up my check, Sam asked why I cancelled the service contract. I said because they wanted to put a used transmission instead of a Reman in my vehicle. He said that he could show me how I could get a transmission and I said that if it's used no way. A used transmission is never safe as verified by practically every reputable shop ever. I took my refund check and walked out. This is a "stack em deep and sell em cheap" place. See the overhead pic (or just use Google Maps or Google Earth). Check Carfax to see how long it's been on the lot. Ask Sam when did the car arrive and how long has it been sitting on their lot. If it's been more than a couple of months, you'll probably want to pass. I found out that my car had been sitting on the lot for almost a year! It probably had these issues going on either at the time this dealer got the vehicle or as a result of the vehicle sitting on the lot for several months not being driven. I'm more inclined to believe it's a combination of both. These cars are more than likely not fully driven, checked, and inspected on a routine basis (pulled out and driven at least once a week). Although this dealer provides Carfax Information on their vehicles (you can see them on their website), you will not see any preparation maintenance or repairs prior to sale that is reported to Carfax. They are not even prepped for sale (I know mine wasn't as again it was in the middle of a stack) so watch out for the "dealer prep" charge that is not even warranted. Dealer Prep is when the dealer preps the vehicle for sale by doing a full inspection and repairing what needs to be fixed before sale and those repairs are reported to Carfax so that the customer can see those repairs to be able to make a conscious decision before purchasing. This is also called "Pre-Delivery Inspection." There was, and still is from what I can tell, no pre-delivery maintenance reported to Carfax from this dealership. You can see this by checking the Carfax. I am a real customer who purchased a vehicle from this dealer.
