I do not recommend getting a car from here. I bought a car a year ago and it almost immediately started giving me problems. I left it with the mechanic at this place and it took forever for him to "fix it". I was supposed to get a new transmission put in and the mechanic used the excuse that he "accidentally" put in the incorrect part? It was absolutely ridiculous. At this point I got the car back and it felt horrible to drive. It left me stranded in the middle of the road multiple times. So obviously, I had to take it back to the shop. It has been in there since December if I'm not mistaken and the mechanic will not answer any of my calls or messages. I reported this incident to the man that works here who sold me the car and he pretty much said it wasn't his problem and that I had to talk to the mechanic. So I am being ignored by this mechanic and the guy who sold me the car. I had been paying for this vehicle for a year, wasting my money while only having driven it for max 2 months since I bought it. I don't know if any other clients from here had this happen to them or if I am the first one but I hope to be the last person this happens to. Please avoid coming here to buy a vehicle, I wouldn't wish this horrible situation on anyone.

All of the staff at Austin Auto Assistance were wonderful. Especially Sam he went above and beyond to help me get into my new vehicle. He helped me find the vehicle and deal that best benefited me and my budget. They are super great.

They were very professional and they helped me get a ford expedition they made it easy fast and simple they were very helpful with the finance and amazing price I would %100 recommend

False advertising. Called to confirm car was there and dude on the phone was nice and encouraging. Drove 40 minutes on 09/20 to see a CX-5. Of the 16 pictures of the car on the website, NONE of them had pictures of the HUGE side swipe dent we saw when we pulled up to their lot. HUGE! No mention of it in the description as well. Not mad, but I should not have to take time out of my day to drive 80 minutes total before I find out the car has a HUGE dent on the side. (Pics attached are from their site, intentionally didn't post any of the bad side). Please do better and don't waste people's time.

My perspective on this lot is a little strange. I didn't buy a car here, despite their best effort to get me in at the right price point. It was a very challenging price point, high end Facebook marketplace kind of price point even. The owner was very up front about the quality of the vehicles he could provide, and dealt with me very open and honest with my feedback about the cars he did have.
