I had an incredible experience at Austin Direct Auto Sales! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super helpful, friendly, and transparent throughout the entire process. It’s a very family-oriented environment where I felt welcomed rather than just another customer. The process was very quick, but I never felt pressured to make a decision. They were even willing to negotiate to help me get a deal I was comfortable with. I ended up finding a great Mazda that I absolutely love. I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience!

Truly amazing staff - special people. Luis and Matt are top notch, very down to earth, and they treat you like family right from the start!! They very much want to make you happy. I am not an easy customer, I asked a million questions, and they happily met and exceeded every request and question they possibly could, with the utmost patience and understanding! Beyond amazing customer service, best I’ve ever seen, anywhere. Period. Very hard working, respectful, humble, honest, and genuinely kind, I really don’t have enough room to write all the good details they helped me with. So happy I was able to buy a car with them!! Love my new car and they made the purchase very easy and comfortable for me!! Thank you so much Matt and Luis!

Matt was awesome! He and his staff were very helpful in getting me into my Jaguar. Recommended loan company to further help me. Was honest and knowledgeable about the questions I ask. Quick response. Friendly positive not pushy salesman. Great teamwork with friendly knowledgeable staff. I give Austin Direct Auto and Prestige auto an A+ perfect 10.

The entire Dealer Staff was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and absolutely no pressure. The entire team at Direct Auto Sales was professional and made the process quick and easy. Staff were amazing and the process was fast and easy. They also fixed issues on the vehcile before they sold it to me. To add a cherry on top they also volunteer to deliver the vehicle to my apartment after they finished the mechanical work. This was great hospitality and customer service especially for someone who recently moved to the city from San Antonio and dont know much about austin. These are great people. Thanks Luis for assisting me with my purchase
