I would give ten stars if I could. From the moment we stepped foot in the door we were greeted immediately. We got full transparency from Tommy and his dad before we started looking at vehicles about their process and even after we chose a vehicle. The amount of effort they put in to get us into what we wanted was incredible. I couldn’t recommend them enough, if you want a family owned business who does it RIGHT, come here! They truly care about their customers and make sure the payments are affordable. I have never left from purchasing a vehicle feeling as good as I did leaving Drive512 Ranch, They treated us just like family. They have a customer for life! I will definitely return in the future and recommend them to anyone on the market. Don’t waste your time and money on other lots on congress, stop here!!!!

This place is wonderful; easy to spot location with simple entrance/exiting, and the staff don't care about getting a vehicle sold, they care about getting you the vehicle that you need. My sister introduced me to this dealership because she had such a positive experience, but nothing that she described did justice to how hard everyone on their team worked to ensure that they got me into the right type of vehicle for me and my Babies, at a realistic price and affordable payment plan. AND! Pay attention to how Tommy tells you how to pay off the vehicle, you can cut out significant portions of the interest by following his plan. That's what I'm doing! I will always refer everyone to Drive 512.

I don’t even know where to begin. I was at the end of my rope — no transportation, no options, and a horrible experience with a previous dealership that left me completely distrusting of used car lots. After a week full of setbacks, I found myself sitting in my office in tears, feeling hopeless. Out of desperation, I Googled used car lots in Austin, and this place was the first to pop up. I called — unsure of what I was even hoping for — and started asking a few questions. Mid-call, I broke down crying. That’s when I met Tommy, the owner. Without hesitation, Tommy told me to come in and assured me he’d wait. I had no idea how I was even going to get there, but I promised I’d find a way. I walked into his office thinking there was no way I was going to leave with a car — not with my credit, not with my luck. But from the very first moment, Tommy showed me what genuine, human kindness looks like. He promised I would leave with something — and he meant it. I told him all I needed was a car that would be safe for my kids and had cold AC (because, well, Texas), and he truly listened. He walked me through every single step, explained everything clearly, and even drew a diagram to help me understand better. Not once did he make me feel judged or like I was a burden. Even though I kept apologizing for how late I was keeping him, he just kept saying, “Don’t sweat it.” Tommy didn’t treat me like a sale. He treated me like a person. A person who was struggling and needed someone to simply care — and he did. He didn’t rush me. He didn’t pressure me. He didn’t try to “sell” me. He gave me time, patience, encouragement, and hope. I told him, “Beggars can’t be choosers,” and I meant it — but somehow, he still managed to put me in something that fit exactly what I needed. Tommy had more of an impact on me than he’ll ever know. In a world full of shady dealerships and people just trying to make a quick buck, Tommy is the real deal. Honest, kind, genuine — the type of person you hope you meet in life but rarely do. He took a chance on me when no one else would. And in doing that, he helped me take a small step toward rebuilding not just my life, but my faith in people. Thank you, Tommy — for the car, for the conversation, and for treating me like a person who matters. I’ll never forget it

Thomas took the time to sit with us, walk us through every detail of the process, and even shared gems of wisdom about car buying — it felt like sitting with a dear uncle or grandpa making sure we knew exactly what we were doing. This is my 2nd experience with Bryan at Drive512 and both experiences have been great for me. He doesn’t try to act like someone he’s not; unlike most other salespeople I’ve come across. Patient and worked with me and my credit situation both times to put me in a car I wanted; not just any car I could get approved for. If you’re looking for a good and honest local used car lot, Drive512 is the one for you!
