I bought 2024 Rogue in great condition my sales person Victor is been helping me to buy the 2 nd vehicle from Dynamic Motors. Victor is awesome have a great customer service and is very patient and has the knowledge for sales vehicles.i been know him since 2012 whe he sold me my first car with dynamic. I call him yesterday and today I went to buy my second vehicle with him. He work with me in the down payment and payments in my budget. Thank yoy Victir I appreciate a lot your help. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this dealership. From the beginning, my truck gave me constant problems and started breaking down within the first month of ownership. Unfortunately, the situation became even more serious when the truck eventually caught fire. During such a stressful and frightening experience, I hoped for understanding, support, and professionalism, but instead I felt ignored and disrespected. What hurt the most was feeling like my concerns and safety were not a priority. Rather than showing compassion or working toward a fair resolution, it seemed the main focus was simply on receiving payment. To make matters worse, a repossession was reported on my credit, even though my truck was never repossessed. The vehicle was actually in their shop because it was broken down. I would not recommend this dealership to others. I truly do not want anyone else to experience the stress, financial hardship, and frustration that I have gone through. I hope this review encourages the dealership to improve the way they treat their customers, especially during difficult situations.

Victor and Raul help me to buy a nice Murano fully loaded. Is my second vehicle with Dynamic and Victor is the person who is been helping me twice . Raul did the extra mile he went for me at my home. I appreciate both for the great work
