Huge shoutout to the new crew at R&D Motors! Gus is a total legend super honest, knows his stuff inside out, and is just a genuinely good man. Every time I’m in, he’s flat out helping customers but still takes the time to guide his team and make sure they’re crushing it. He’s a proper leader. Ashley is also lovely and her customer service is 10/10. It’s so rare to find a place that actually has this much heart. Best in the business!!!!

I am BEYOND grateful for Gustavo!! He helped me get into the perfect car for my price range, needs and wants!! Despite my horrible credit, lack of proof of income and even having an out of state license.. Gustavo still worked with my down deposit and believed in me when I truly thought all hope was lost!! He was very thorough throughout the entire paperwork process and answered all my questions with full transparency!! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!! Husband and I are on our fifth vehicle that we get from R&D. Great customer service, the whole staff in the office is super friendly and helpful. We haven’t had any issues that the guys at R&D haven’t been to deal with regarding the vehicles we’ve purchased.. If y’all need a reliable car and are dealing with other car lots, give them a chance, you won’t regret it. Gustavo is super knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help with anything during the purchase process. Happy customers here!
