I was able to find the vehicle that I was looking for and it came with just about every option that I was looking for as well! I live closer to Fresno area and I traveled to Bakersfield for this Lexus. So that should say something about the prices they have and the models they carry. Sure I could have gone with any Lexus at any dealership but this was a Certified PreOwned model and that adds an extra 2 years of warranty. Another reason I chose this Lexus dealership was they were able to finance me with Lexus Financial Services which got me an interest rate of 4.99! That’s lower than some banks and even some credit unions! This Lexus dealership was definitely up to par when it comes to matching Lexus luxury, free WiFi, snacks, water and even a nice waiting room where you can relax and wait for your car to be serviced! It was really nice to see my name on the board when I walked in, it shows there continued interest in making sure you are personally taken care of properly. I was initially helped by Issa but since it was his day off I was helped by Fernando, both were extremely nice guys and very helpful. Issa even called me on his day off to make sure I was receiving the information about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I definitely recommend you try Motor City Lexus of Bakersfield first when it comes to finding a Lexus or even other pre owned vehicles! They even had a RARE Lexus Is500 FSport! It is so nice! To top it all off, Fernando made sure that I was getting some key fob covers from their service department mailed to me! That’s a huge plus for me! Thanks again guys!

We return to Motor City for Rick Perez. If he ever leaves I’m not sure how we’ll get our new vehicles. Because we switched to a brand new one he had to transfer us to Sergio and he was GREAT! THANK YOU MOTOR CITY for ANOTHER satisfying experience!!!

Issa Gharibeh is one of the most honest and straight forward salesmen I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and super patient. He actively listens, and he is not pushy when it comes to the sale. He wants the best for you and I mean it. He worked with his finance manager to give me the best deal for my 2026 Lexus RX 350 Hybrid Premium Plus. I called all the Lexus dealers in California and did my research and Issa still beat the best price I could find. He made sure I left with a smile on my face and treated me like family. I recommend Issa and the folks over at Motor City Lexus of Bakersfield without reservation.
