I recently purchased a 2022 BMW X6 M50i from Dallas iCar, and the experience was truly exceptional. After searching for this particular model for about five months, I found it here. Fred assisted me initially, and soon I was working directly with Sean, the owner. Both went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The entire process was seamless, and their customer service was world-class. Even though I don’t live in Dallas, a friend checked the vehicle out for me and was impressed with both the car and the dealership. The vehicle arrived promptly and was everything I hoped for and more. The features exceeded my expectations, and I am beyond satisfied. I can confidently say I’m now a loyal Dallas iCar customer. Where do I begin! From day one, Fred was a stellar person/salesman. He was upfront in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I may have had. Even when I was considering not pursuing a purchase, Fred and the Team spoke to me and asked what were my concerns, of which had nothing to do with them, but more to do with me and becoming nervous about making a big and nice purchase for myself (as it's easier for me to do nice things etc for others and think less of myself). They listened to me and asked what would it take for me to proceed further. They literally made things happen for me 👏🙏 Once I arrived after my 5hr drive one way, and saw my 2020 Chevy High Country, I quickly realized that pics and videos didn't do it justice. We looked for a Jeep Wagoneer for 3.5 months. Talked with Fred over that time & he always responded even though we took OUR time looking, researching, looking again, endless test drives we put ourselves through, over 200 car fax reports read & searched literally the "unlimited" feature coast to coast. Best Price: Yes. Best Year: 2024 didn't suck..... Got everything we wanted in a vehicle? We had a high bar, YES! Best Value: Yes. Best Purchasing Experience: Heck yes. Lowest Mileage Vehicle: 14.3K miles + mfg warranty. Clean, no accident vehicle: Yes All questions answered: Yes Red Bow for the wife: Yes Stayed open past closing for us: Yes Staff Competence: Exceeded Expectations. Better than Austin or San Antonio Dealers whom won't deal? Yes Time spent at dealership: 50 minutes. Totally refreshing. Follow up post-purchase? Yes. Immediate. I really wished I had searched their entire inventory as it was upscale, well secure & very impressive. If you are an Exec or Joe-Blow & don't have time to spend 4 hours at a dealership & want a refreshing experience like it should be I would go here in a heartbeat. Can't find what you want, maybe they can & snag it for you.
