I recently purchased a Ford fusion with Frank as my sales person. Everything was great. Until day of purchase when an hour before I was suppose to arrive Frank tells me that the car is not ready to come pick up the car tomorrow or I could take a different car. The car he sent was an old Nissan Altima I chose no because I stated I only wanted the Fusion… so I explain I will wait until the next day… so he states perfect… well once again an hour before my purchase frank lets me know that the door hinge is askew (but they will fix it ) and the mirror needed to be painted. ( they will paint) I stated okay great… i come and test drove the car … I pull to the side look at the car it looks great until I use the parking break and it brings up a malfunction issue…. I come back explain.. first thing frank states “do you wanna just come back another day “ excuse me? I don’t stay around the corner I stay an hour away so then he calls his mechanic for them to look at it.. okay cool. He brings out the paperwork I was willing to sign everything except the form where they needed to also fix the parking break so he calls the maintenance and the man explains him to word it a certain way on the paperwork.. okay whatever I sign it and I go and take the car home , two days into take the car home it brings up an OIL CHANGE that FRANK had said the car just had oil change January 20th…. Okay I’ve been contacting them about getting the door fixed because FRANK stated to contact him on Monday because it was a Friday I purchased the car and they could put me on the books then… well as you can see from the text below I have yet to receive a call back or a text back from anyone and me and my partner has been contacting up there in regards to the door oil change AND NOW ON MY INTERVIEW MY PARKING BREAK HAS MALFUNCTION AND THE CAR WILL NOT MOVE !! INTERESTING.. I finally speak with service department and they lady explains to me they will be fixing the door however the sales agent put to only thing they need to do is check the parking break not fix it which is absolutely u acceptable … if something isn’t done properly I will have no other choice but further actions ….

I worked with Ralph R. during the trade-in process, and he is an excellent worker who made sure I understood everything. He made sure I was able to get something I was wanting for my personal life and for my business life.
