I recently purchased a 2017 Porsche Panamera from Texas Direct Car Sales, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was professional, straightforward, and helpful throughout the process. They answered my questions, made the paperwork easy to understand, and helped make an out-of-state purchase feel comfortable and stress-free. The Panamera itself was exactly what I was looking for — clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. I’ve been very happy with the car so far, and it’s been driving great. Cole and Kyle are solid!! Good guys If you’re looking for a dealership with a solid inventory and a professional buying experience, I’d definitely recommend Texas Direct Car Sales.

We recently purchased a very nice RAV4 from Texas Cars Direct. From the first phone call, I spoke with Blake, and I have nothing negative to say about him. He was very nice, communicative, and helpful throughout the process. If you are planning to buy a vehicle here, I would definitely recommend asking for Blake. My main recommendation to the dealership would be to be more upfront and clear about pricing and payment details. I was under the impression that there were no hidden fees or negotiation, and I thought it would be more like EchoPark, where the online price is very close to the actual out-the-door price. I understand taxes and fees can vary, but I do think the full numbers should be explained more clearly from the beginning. The main reason I am leaving this type of review is because of the paperwork experience with Bob Villegas. Unfortunately, he came across as unpleasant, rude, and not customer-service oriented. In my opinion, he needs to seriously improve the way he treats customers, because the final paperwork process is still part of the buying experience. A customer can have a great experience with the salesperson, but one unpleasant person at the end can change the whole impression of the dealership. Another issue was that nobody explained ahead of time that paying with a credit card was limited. On the day of signing, we were told we had to pay by check because card payments cost them more, and that only up to $3,000 could be paid by card. That is something customers should know before arriving to finalize everything. Overall, we are happy with the RAV4, and Blake did a great job. However, the finance/paperwork experience and lack of clarity on payment options definitely affected the buying experience. I would consider buying here again only if EchoPark did not have the vehicle I was looking for. Again, I do recommend asking for Blake if you shop here.

Working with Angelica was a dream. She was very attentive and prompt in returning phone calls and texts. The car was as advertised,and I'm very pleased with the car. I would recommend Texas Cars Direct to anyone looking for a used car, and will look there first for my next purchase. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

The process of obtaining a car was quite smooth, no stress. Any questions I had about my purchase, my sales consultant was really helpful and ready to answer any question (Hunter). I’m glad I got my first car from TexasCarsDirect!

Eduardo is a tough negotiator but his sincerity and honesty about the car was undeniable! The entire transaction was very quick. I flew in and drove it home. I would highly recommend giving these guys a chance to sell You something unique. I did a national search and found this example to be the Best of them.
