Bought a vehicle End of November 2025. The process of buying the vehicle was actually great and smooth. Marcos ended up, assisting me and he was very professional and polite. I was allowed to take the car to get inspected by my technician, which I highly recommend dealing with used cars at any location or private seller. My technician informed me the car did have a small oil leak but was fixable. So I informed Marcos and he was very lenient about the price and negotiated with me. At the end, I was very happy with the price and the car. I ended up fixing the leak and I haven’t had any major issues since. I am very happy with the purchase . Marco made the buying process very smooth and quick I am grateful he was willing to negotiate with me. The reason I wouldn’t rate it a perfect experience because of the Registration process. It took 3 months for my registration to arrive which is not the fault of the car lot. The issue is once I bought the car I would check up frequently about my registration and I would never get a reply or no one would answer the phone. I would leave messages and voicemails yet no one would respond. I eventually had to go in person to ask about the registration. So it just felt like I was bothering them at the end when before I bought the car and showed interest in purchasing it they were very responsive then . Like I said, I know the registration time isn’t the fault of the car lot but at the end, they just stopped responding when I would ask about it. I was just more worried about my car title because I couldn’t receive the title if I haven’t received the registration first . Other than the registration process and time, everything else was Perfect. I received my title about 2 to 3 weeks after I received the registration. At the end, I am happy with my purchase and my vehicle.

I bought a used 2017 BMW 540i from them and I couldn't be happier! Low mileage, no damages, just a perfect car! The interior is pristine and the engine is in great condition. Omar was my salesman, and it feels wrong to call him a salesman because he was a lot more human than that. He was super nice, really friendly, and helped me with parts of the process I didn't quite understand. He was even able to help me secure a really great auto loan with the aid of Abe in finance! The car was shipped from Texas to Mississippi, and the shipping couldn't have been smoother. Super fast and easy, delivered straight to my door. I 10 out of 10 recommend these guys if you need a car! There's absolutely no pressure in the purchase process, and they communicate extremely efficiently. It's evident that they really do inspect their vehicles thoroughly before sale. Thank yall again so much for helping me get into my dream car!

While we ultimately didn't end up buying a truck from Texas Carz, we still had a good experience! The inventory was stocked, but they had three specific trucks that we had our eye on. My husband is a technician so he did inspections on the trucks. We found a few issues right off the top, so we decided to look somewhere else. Thank you for your time in assisting us today!
