Best car buying experience ever , coming from a woman who has had nothing but horrible car buying experiences. They are up -front , honest , no bs , and have a great selection of QUALITY VEHICLES!!!! I knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what I didn’t want and they made it all happen. The sales team, finance department , and management were all GREAT!!! I am not the easiest to deal with. They gave me a fair price on my trade and the process was extremely smooth. I have bought certified rebuilt title in the past and will be again for my son in the near future. Thank you Auto Savvy! I was in a tight situation and had to find a car that day. The woman who sold me the car never disclosed verbally that the car had been completely totaled in a rollover accident. I've been in sales and ALWAYS disclose things like this. I trusted what she had to say about the car and didn't do my due diligence and look through the car's history myself. It was my first time buying used. Lesson learned! This car has had SO many issues. I have poured thousands into it! A couple of years later and the paint is gone on the hood and top of the car. The body shop said it was due to a cheap paint job. A mechanic looked at it when I needed a repair and said it was very poorly rebuilt. The trunk won't stay open either and I have to hold it open with my hand. I spent 17k on it when I bought it and the most I can get for it as a trade in is 1k now. No dealership will buy this car! Please hire people with integrity who will openly discuss the car's history when asked if there is anything wrong with it. This has been my most disappointing purchase.

He provided exactly that for me and I can’t say I got the same treatment from the other dealers I was exploring. He didn’t do the whole “when can you be here to see your trade” sales tactic and that was super appreciated.
