I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. From the beginning, communication has been terrible. I was told multiple things that later turned out not to be accurate, and it felt like there were constant “small white lies” instead of clear, honest answers. They do offer payment plans for repairs, which might sound helpful at first, but be very careful. In my experience, work was done on my vehicle that I did not specifically request or clearly approve, which was very frustrating. Make sure you get everything in writing and confirm exactly what is being repaired before agreeing to anything. Chris, the manager, was very dismissive whenever I tried to address my concerns. Instead of feeling heard as a customer, I felt brushed off. Customer service and accountability seem to be major issues here. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone purchasing a vehicle from them. Be prepared for potential repair issues sooner than expected and keep detailed records of everything. If you choose to make payments directly to them, I would recommend keeping solid proof of payment and handling transactions in the most secure way possible to avoid confusion. Overall, I am not satisfied and would not recommend this dealership

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are willing to work with you and help you in anyway they can. Tony was extra helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I would drive out of that lot in a car. I highly recommend this car dealership to anyone who is looking for affordable down payment options.

Ask for Jerry and Jerry ONLY! When I say he was amazing! Smooth process! No hassle! He even stayed after the lot closed while we made a few arrangements! Definitely the guy to come to!!
