Jake made our experience seamless. He was very patient with us trying out cars and didn't rush us. We found the perfect SUV for us and even got a higher trade in value on our cadillac than we were expecting. The manager was also very helpful and came up to us while we were getting coffee to check how everything was going and even suggested a vehicle based on our needs that was on point! Side note.. They have an awesome free coffee bar for customers with caffinated beverages, hot chocolate, and even a bunch of tea options.

They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and much easier than I expected. Absolutely amazing car buying experience. Mr. Chew was knowledgeable and professional, he made the process a breeze.
