I was originally happy with my purchase this friday, until we drove off on highway and experience dashboard alerts ⚠️ and now battery issues on our 2019 Atlas WV. We were guided on a short street test drive only, not highway. I reached out to our sales agent and I was referred to service department. Its been 2 days, and I have not received a call. I am a returning customer and we hope we did not purchase a vehicle wirh problems. My first experience with echo was wonderful, but not this time around. I would like a manager to contact me ASAP. EchoPark is in the best part of town and the staff here reflects that. Specifically the staff member Mr. Marcus, who went above and beyond, with helping me get this new car. Amazing communication via text messages and phone calls. They will work with you to get the car you need and the finance options that fit your budget. 10/10 overall experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to come here. EchoPark San Antonio, Aaron Carrizales, thank you for another phenomenal experience! This is the third vehicle we’ve purchased from EchoPark, although this is the first we’ve purchased from the San Antonio location. I have to say, it gets easier and more pleasant each time, and this visit has been the best! Aaron Carrizales and Daron Esquivel got us in and out before lunch time and maintained clear and helpful communication all along the way. We found the vehicle we liked yesterday, made an appointment to come in and test drive it as soon as they opened for business and finalized everything within a few hours. I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it to anyone that will listen, EchoPark is THE place to buy your vehicle. Their stringent selection process of the vehicles they bring onto their lots have served us well and always proved reliable years after the purchase, and for a better price than any other dealers. You’d be crazy to not look at them first.
