BUYERS BEWARE!!! When I test drove the car I bought yesterday on Tuesday, it didn’t have any lights on, it seemed good to go. Yesterday I bought it and drove it off the lot last night. Within 5 minutes the check tire pressure light came on. I went and checked the tire pressure, all the readings were blank. I went to the 7-11 on the same street and filled them all up with air and still no readings. I also noticed the belt was making a noise as well. I dropped it off to the mechanic today, needs all 4 new tire sensors replaced and a new pulley and belt. So 1,000 literally the day after I bought the car. Also the mechanic said, all they did was do an oil change and an inspection. When they say as is, they mean as is. I reached out via text and let them know this morning. The lady said they always answer text. Haven’t heard back from them. I’m sure they will say our policy says “as is” which it does so that’s why I’m not sweating begging for any money or repairs. I just want people to be warned. If you buy a car from them, take it to an auto body shop to get check. Bring someone with you. Cover yourself. It’s sad when you spend 8,000 in car and then have to spend another 1,000 on repairs with in 14 hours of purchasing the car.

Best dealer! The process was smooth and seamless. I can get a car within a day after checking it out. The lady seller was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got my license plate within 2 weeks as promised. Overall, I’m happy with the delivery.

I purchased a 2014 BMW X1 from this dealership on December 27. The vehicle was sold “as-is.” On January 9 — just 13 days later — the engine catastrophically failed. The cost to install a used replacement engine is approximately $8,000 ($3,000 for the engine and roughly $5,000 in labor). When I contacted the dealership, I was told the vehicle was sold “as-is.” While I understand that term, a total engine failure less than two weeks after purchase raises serious concerns about the vehicle’s condition at the time of sale. I attempted to follow up to discuss the matter further and seek a reasonable resolution. No remediation or accommodation was offered. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to think carefully before purchasing from a dealer that will not even consider reasonable remediation when a major mechanical failure occurs almost immediately after sale. I am currently evaluating my legal options. **** I see that the Seller responded to my review. As I noted to readers, I'm alerting you that this Seller sold a vehicle that had a catastrophic engine failure within two weeks of sale. We drove the vehicle about 30 miles prior to the failure. Draw your own conclusions and just be aware. READ THE BAD REVIEWS. The good reviews pretty much state they are nice folks... and they are. But what you care about is the service and treatment after the sale. How they run their business. Read those bad reviews and look for the common theme. Decent cars that have been properly vetted by their on-site mechanics don't typically fail in a matter of weeks or days. I only had time for a short inspection as I can't have the car for days just to get it inspected. But they had the car for much longer and could have checked it out. My bad for not buying from a dealer who certifies their vehicles and provides some sort of even short-term warrantee. I thought I'd give them a try because "they are nice folks", well you know the rest of the story. Don't make your decision based on them being nice - to lessen your risk, I wouldn't don't buy your vehicle at places like this no matter how good a deal it seems. Go to a dealer that's big enough to stand behind their pre-owned vehicles.
