called in regarding a specific SRT-4 neon that was advertised with carfax, and found out that for some odd reason there's some shady crap going on where some of the dealerships are getting screwed over including this one, someone is using their name and reputation to try and scam deposits out of people by putting up cars for half the price they should be and then requesting a deposit. The person I spoke with was very polite and despite saying he has taken probably 50 calls about the same car over the last 2 days, he spent time explaining the situation to me and didn't even try to sell me anything, I appreciated that

I bought a 2017 BMW and the tire pressure system failed on the way home from driving it off the lot. Took 30 days for them to do anything about. The check engine light came on 33 days after buying and it started sounding like crap when starting. I took to dealership and the owner said that I put too many miles on it in 30 days. (2,000 miles) the car only has 64,000 miles. I said to the owner that a car I paid 40 grand for a month ago with 64,000 miles should not have the check engine light on because I drove 2,000 miles and that in good faith the dealership should fix it, the owners response was “if you wanted a good car you should have gone to the BMW dealership and bought a brand new car, you bought a used car what do you expect” so basically from the owners mouth, they sell crappy unreliable cars! Also, parts of the car have fallen off and the salesman tried to be sneaky and put super glue on it like we wouldn’t know.

The customer service here is absolutely AWFUL! I would not recommend them to anyone. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED!
