I am a first time car buyer out from Chicago. Ive been hunting for a GR Corolla for months and have talked with countless dealerships all over the country. These guys are definitely up there for ease of interaction and comfort. No sneaky tactics, just honest people selling cars. They still helped me secure this car even when a blizzard cancelled my flight into Norfolk. All good of a review from me.

Easily the best experience I have encountered buying a used vehicle. Everyone at this dealership is professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They are honest and forthright, no surprises, no ulterior motives, just simple, old-school customer satisfaction is their goal. A class act in every respect. I highly recommend LA Auto Star. It was a smooth, pleasant experience, from start to finish. Follow Up - I am now a repeat customer. Since I felt so comfortable working with LA Auto Star, I asked them to find the exact vehicle my wife wanted; Another unicorn-Well maintained, particular model, color, options rust-free. Hard to find, but they finally located it, and we just completed another enjoyable, comfortable buying experience. They even delivered both vehicles to my driveway, 45 minutes away, through the tunnel! Remarkable pre-owned auto and RV dealership. Highly, highly recommend LA Auto Star. Good people. Trustworthy. When it comes time to finally retire and purchase an RV, this is where I will come first.

I have known this dealership/family for a very long time. Marina has always had my trust. When it comes to car buying, Trust is paramount. We have built a business relationship that has lasted many years. Therefore: when it came to shopping for a newer Lexus, there was no question about who I was contacting.
