I had 10-12 BMW's on "my list" to look at over next few weeks, seen a few already, met Anya? Who showed me this 07 328i with 79K miles on it. Then I had some concerns/questions, then Dimitri? Came over and reassured me, and even gave me extra things I did not ask for, to ease my concerns. (I couldn't believe such a good deal), But They seemed to be very honest and their reviews were good, so I did purchase. I took the car to Checkered for a checkup, there was a small hickup with belt pulley and Dimitri handled it immediately. I would by another BMW from them again, when it is time, and would recommend PRIME to anyone. No muss, no Fuss, and they will work with you. Thanks again, car is running great. (At 83K already LOL)

The sales woman’s attitude wasn’t the best and the place looks like it’s falling apart. A remodel is needed and a good deep cleaning is very much needed. There are hundreds of dead flies by the windows and I was completely disgusted and shocked.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They provided me with all the information I needed about the vehicles I was interested in without any pressure and helped me find a perfect car. The negotiation process was transparent, and I felt I got a fair deal. Overall, a top-notch dealership with a friendly and professional team. We recently purchased a vehicle and was able to work with Maria. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with any information we requested. She also handled getting our license plates and making sure the car was registered properly. Prior to going there, I read all of the reviews and there is a reason why they have so many five star reviews. I would highly recommend going to Prime Auto Sales and working with Maria if you’re looking to purchase a car.
