I cannot recommend Babylon Auto Repair enough! I had an incredible experience here. The manager, Qasim, and the supervisor, Mood (who is pictured here), are absolutely amazing people. They went above and beyond to help me out with my car. They were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. To my absolute surprise, they refused to take any money for their help! It is so rare to find an auto shop with this level of honesty, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop that treats you like family, this is the place to go. Thank you so much, Qasim and Mood! You guys are the best! 🙌

I will only go to this shop moving forward. I bought a 2005 Honda and it had tons of rust that I didn’t see when purchasing. They made the entire undercarriage look like new!! Sandblasted and rust treatment. Also helped out with an oil leak. Can’t thank Al and his team enough!

This is my fourth time coming to this dealership. Two of the times they were closed so I can give that to them, however the other two times, they were supposed to be open. Their website says that they are open until 7 at night. Yesterday, May 20th we were here at 4:30. Nobody was here, so we called and nobody answered. My son called and finally, somebody answered so they were down at an Auto Auction; so nobody was here at the dealership. They asked if we could come back the next day and that they were open at 10 in the morning; which is what the website says. Today we've been here since 10 minutes till 10. We called at 10 and they said somebody will be there by 10:30. It is now almost 11 and somebody finally decided to meet us at the dealership. If they can't be honest with you and direct with you as a person then you have to ask yourself what kind of people are they and what kind of dealership is it? Can you really trust people like this when you're signing on the dotted line and you're essentially signing your life away to a contract to people that can't even be here when they say they're going to be here. This is my warning to you if you're thinking about buying anything here. I actually called my lender who has a direct buyer linked to my lender and they were surprised at what I had to tell them but this is the truth this is honest this is real. If you're going to deal with them you'd better think twice.

We took our van there for repair, the sliding door needed to be replaced, because it was very badly scratched & would be a difficult repair. There was also another damaged area that needed to be hammered out. It took a little longer than they originally estimated but not too much longer. It was worth the wait, they did a very good job and the sliding door that was replaced was in very good condition with the color matching perfectly. All along the staff there were friendly & courteous. A good repair shop. We recommend.
