as a first time buyer and a young woman with little knowledge on cars, looking into financing a used vehicle was incredibly scary. it felt like, no matter how much research i did on any number of cars, nothing was ever going to be just right. however, as soon as i met ryan and the team at wild west, i instantly felt secure in my decision to buy my car with them! ryan was incredibly accommodating, sweet, transparent, and knowledgeable. buying the car was easier than i had ever hoped, and i felt incredibly taken care of throughout the entire process. the “scary car dealership” cliche that i was so scared of encountering was quickly put to rest. as a testament to their helpfulness: 24 hours after i bought the car, i realized that the alternator was failing. ryan had given me his direct cell number in case of emergencies, and within an hour had replied, telling me to bring the car back immediately. what would have been an incredibly expensive and time-consuming procedure took only twenty-four hours and, because the car had only just left the lot, they completely covered the cost. for that, im very thankful! as a disclaimer, i was told that they buy their cars at auction and don’t do a lot of work on them because they’re not sure if they’ll sell, which makes perfect sense to me because why would you willingly put yourself in a situation where your business would possibly be losing a lot of money? granted, i don’t know everything, but after talking to the owner, he made it very clear that they try to accommodate their customers as best as they can. this basically means: if something happens to your car, you can bring it back to them and they will fix it for you because yes, that is their obligation and, yes, that is the ethical approach to working in this kind of field, and they’re doing their best to do right by you. this is a good thing! overall, ryan and his team are incredible and, if you’re like me (a young woman, kinda scared, not incredibly car knowledgeable) hopefully you can go into the experience feeling as secure and taken care of as i did.

We had such a good experience shopping for our daughter’s first car here! Austin was incredible in helping us get down to the price we wanted and my daughter left extremely happy in her Audi. Everyone here was really friendly and helpful! If you’re looking to buy a car I highly recommend you come here first ask for Austin!! One of the best dealerships we’ve ever been to

They cleared a check engine light before I purchased a car. Also had to replace power steering pump. These guys get their cars from other dealerships that know they can’t sell a lemon. Ryan told me himself.

Car buying can be a very stressful event. I've spent the last several weeks researching vehicles. Talked to a few dealers visited a couple showrooms. Wild West Cars & Trucks was by far the best experience I had. They have a truly magnificent showroom. Large and spacious, but very homey. They even had very comfortable chairs arranged in front of a roaring fireplace in the corner. The staff was great. Personable and welcoming. I purchased a beautiful Buick Enclave that they advertise as the best price in the area. And it was. I got a very fair deal. The as-is vehicle was clean and spotless inside and out. Their inventory is large and diverse. The bad, I'm still giving them 5 stars, but it was not disclosed that the passenger side headlamp cover was completely broken. The headlight is fully operational, but the lamp cover needs to be replaced. And truthfully, that's on me. I did not notice it before making the purchase. You can see from this picture it's actually kind of hard to see. Otherwise, this is the most solid used car dealership from top to bottom I've ever experienced. You can buy a car here and feel confident you're getting a good deal from good people.

Kevin has gone above and beyond for me multiple times, Jen was extremely kind and worked hard to put me in the vehicle I wanted and with the payment that I was comfortable with and Randy and his wife treated me and my family like family. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely buy from here again! Thank you Kevin!! You Rock!
