this team was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to get me into a car and the down payment was a big plus. Donnie and the general manager, Roberto were absolutely amazing and even came to come get me and I do not live close. It was quick and easy. Probably the quickest I had ever been in a dealership 10 out of 10 recommend this location.

I’m beyond upset, first when I spoke to them they gave me one price. I got there turned everything I needed in and was advised I would need 250 dollars more. I’ve had this car for less than a month and the check engine light came on and it started to make a noise under the right tire. I called and than had to bring the car to a place that works on them because it’s under warranty. My tank is FULL, here we are 3 days later and they are still running diagnostics. I’m a single mother, after everything I paid I’m without a car, I was not offered a loaner or anything. Just this message telling me they don’t know when it will be fixed and call finance for a deferment of payment and they will notify when the car is fixed. I was played out of my money, why do they have cars on the lot with major issues? I was warned about Rocky Auto but I still went. This is not ok to do to someone right before Christmas.

Landin was absolutely amazing and considerate he went on test drives and was so patient honest and knowledgeable. First time leaving with smile on face!!! Roberto was amazing as well sooo patient and helpful and understanding! I highly highly recommend Rocks in Mesa!!!! They wont let you down!!!

Got in a car tonight... Am I not happy? Honestly no, it was a fast process and I'm pretty much starting over so I guess you get what they want you to have if you don't wanna put almost $2k down. got there at 6;30 left at 8. Car is dirty and gas light on. When I asked about gas I pretty much was shut down and I said this sucks and the guys advised "I know right". So after spending two hours there and a down payment I had to go wash AND put GAS. Gas is almost $5 so you thought maybe they could have at least put half a tank. But oh well. They where aware I got off at 6 and they close at 7. If that was going to be an issue then I could have waited till the weekend. Hopefully they are nice enough to send me a gas card and a car wash on them

Alexi and Brandon were awesome. The process was great fast and easy. They answered all of my questions and was very patient. If I could give them 100 stars I would
