Purchased a truck from here that ran good just needed an emission part, waited a week for it and they managed to lose a part of the cooling fan causing the truck to overheat after 10 mins of me having it. I gave it back to them for a couple of days they kept telling me they were waiting on the parts which was all a lie I had to pick the truck up and pay to get it fixed. The sales side was good but I wouldn’t trust them to even do an oil change, the plug was leaking from no new gasket. About 2 weeks so far and still waiting for the parts promised that are just “waiting to come in”

PRETTY PLEASE!! Don't waste your time or money here!! Adam is a snake oil salesman just like all the others. He promised a full detail and fluids change at time of sale, but when truck was delivered it was filthy and wreaked like burnt pubic hair, oil was black, diesel tank was empty, tire pressure light was on, windshield washer was empty, coolant was brown, brake fluid was low, front tires were 14yo, screw in both rear tires, and it just ruined my whole experience. I spoke with him multiple times after and it resolved nothing. The major screwup was Adam knew I was going to haul a 5th wheel rv and he knowingly delivered an unsafe vehicle with 14yo tires up front and screws in 7yo rear tires. It's impossible to not notice the tpms alert on dash so he consciously chose to. Ignorance isn't the problem it was deliberate. There's a law that specifically says no one can sell over 5-year-old tires so why is it okay for a used dealership to??? I repeat don't waste your time or money here please!!

Adam assisted with my purchase of my new Jeep! I’m in love he listened and had great customer service. Showing me how to put the top down and jumping right on it when I needed the key to the gas tank door. I would recommend anyone looking for a good pre-owned vehicle go to Mesa Motors and ask for Adam!

Tried to contact salesman through Facebook marketplace named Rachel. Car had been on lot over a month and price was a little bit above fair purchase price. Let her know my budget (which was less than 10% off) and this was her response. Completely unprofessional behavior.
