Purchased a 2015 nissan murano at the very beginning of april 2026. Transmission went out 3 weeks after, brought it in. It has been 6 weeks and no returned phone calls from ahmad, lisa, tony, jose, kitty anyone. They ran me around for 3 hours telling me i needed "loaner car coverage" in order to drive off with the unserviced kia soul. That coverage does not exist and the office manager Lisa and the other lady could not give me 1 insurance company that provides the coverage. She sat there and reconfirmed full coverage definitions and pretended all of a sudden i met the compliance. They dangled the keys at me. They told me 3 weeks ago the new transmission was getting put in. Tony says creepy and unhelpful men have been there for 30 years. Jose or juan whatever his name is , 1 of the many short old fat men there, asked to take me on a date both times i unfortunately went there. The whole office sat and watched me try to get insurance that doesnt exist for hours. Next step is to go to local media and leaving room for the wrath of God amen. UPDATE 6/2/26- THE WHOLE BOTTOM CARRAGE WAS NOT SCREWED ON. THROUGH AND THROUGH THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOT DONE THE RIGHT THING. IT WILL BE A MIRACLE IF I DONT HAVE MORE ISSUES. GOD SEES IT ALL. CUTTING CORNERS DOES NOT GET YOU AHEAD. Dragging the bottom case for who knows how long. I pray there girlfriends if they even have 1, does not get treated like they treat people. Not safe, waste of time. Extremely arrogant for being wrong. Full coverage insurance is what i needed lisa and i had it the 1st time. You then clarified with the agent that we have full coverage. Loaner car coverage does not exist. Shame on you guys.

Juan was incredibly kind, professional and explained everything with great details. Very courteous and extremely nice to work with. Also took the time to walk the lot with us on several vehicles, during this extreme heat wave. Even took care of my step daughter while test driving the vehicles. I will return….
