Ashley Goans 5 months agoJust wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys!! Jerome, my salesman was amazing! I feel like he truly cared and helped me pick out a vehicle that was going to be great on gas and comfortable for my long drive to and from work! Also Richard for working with my lack of credit and Lisa for explaining everything in great detail helping me every step of the way thru the financing process. Also a huge shout out to Marty when my vehicle needed a couple things fixed, he personally gave me a ride to and from work to make sure I still was able to continue my responsibilities while my vehicle was fixed up in a timely manner. I absolutely love my 2022 Chevy Malibu and enjoy driving her daily! If you are having a hard time getting financing or are looking for a fresh start and a second chance these folks are here to treat you like family!! Thanks so much team for all your help! I highly recommend and in fact will send my friends to you for vehicles as well!!
heather Roberson 5 months agoI’m leaving a three-star review because my experience with U Park We Sell in Mesa, AZ has been very mixed. I was referred to this dealership specifically because of Marty (Martin). I live in Phoenix and took a 38-minute Uber ride to purchase a vehicle based on that recommendation. During the buying process, Marty was professional, helpful, and reassuring. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the car, it would not start. Naturally, I was anxious and concerned. My first instinct was to reach out to Marty since he had been my main contact. I called and texted him right away. While waiting for Marty to respond, I also contacted Richard Drummond, the owner, to report the issue. Unfortunately, that conversation became very difficult. I was told it was “too far” for them to help because I was in Phoenix—even though I had traveled that same distance to purchase the vehicle. Instead of calming me down and reassuring me that the situation would be handled, the communication was hostile, aggressive, and dismissive. I was hung up on multiple times while simply trying to ask basic questions about what to do next. As a customer who had just bought a car the day before, this was extremely upsetting and left me feeling scared and unsupported. During this same time, Marty responded back to me immediately and completely changed the experience. Even though it was his day off, he personally came to my salon to help. He purchased the proper tool needed, temporarily resolved the problem by tightening the battery connection, and reassured me until I could bring the vehicle in for further inspection. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help went far above and beyond. If this review were based on Marty alone, it would easily be five stars. My experience with Richard Drummond, however, was the opposite. As a business owner myself, I would never speak to or treat a customer the way I was treated after the sale. Respectful communication matters, especially when a customer is dealing with an unexpected problem. I still need to return for scheduled service, including tires, alignment, and a drivability concern. I am hopeful future interactions will be more professional and productive. Important information for Arizona buyers: Under Arizona Revised Statutes §44-1267, vehicles sold by any licensed used-car dealer in Arizona come with an implied warranty of merchantability for the first 15 days or 500 miles after delivery, whichever comes first. This means the vehicle must be fit for ordinary transportation unless a specific defect was properly disclosed in writing and signed by the buyer. This consumer protection applies statewide to all used-car dealerships, including those that offer in-house financing. I’m sharing this honest experience so other buyers are informed and prepared. Best of luck and will update.
Flashy YT a month agoI bought a car about 4 months ago and I want to say that I haven’t had a single issue so far. I’m a first time buyer at this dealership and just want to say it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this spot. 10/10
Steven Noles 4 months agoI purchased a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid from this dealership with the understanding that I was being sold a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from work. Richard assured me the vehicle was dependable, and based on that representation, I paid an initial $500 toward the purchase. Just four days after buying the vehicle, it became inoperable and had to be taken into the shop for a gas tank replacement. That repair took approximately two and a half weeks to complete. After the repair was finished, I paid an additional $500, bringing my total payment to $1,000. Less than 24 hours after getting the vehicle back, the hybrid battery failed. It has now been over a month since that issue occurred, and I still do not have my vehicle. In total, over a two-month period, I have only had possession of the car for four days. Richard himself stated that the repairs should have been completed before the vehicle was sold to me. Despite this, he has refused to refund my money. While a few loaner vehicles were provided, each one had significant issues, which Richard refused to acknowledge. He has also stopped responding to my phone calls and text messages and has made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation. Given the circumstances, the lack of communication, and the failure to provide a reliable vehicle as promised, I cannot recommend this dealership. Based on my experience, I would not trust the representations made by Richard regarding vehicle condition or reliability.
Christina a year agoFound this dealer on google for a van for my grandma who needed a car. Kaine reached out right away and got car ready. The car was so clean and drove well! Thank you so much for your help. My husband said Richard was very nice! Thank you for making process fast and easy for us. She is so excited to finally have a vehicle. One week update, car has had many issues so very disappointed. We have spent a lot of money on it to be fixed just 5 days in. When I first called they said they did inspection. But at this point so many things needed to be replaced that I am unsure they did. 2nd week update. Went to a Kia dealership and got evaluated after leaks continued. Said engine head gasket is failing and 12k to fix. This dealer sold us a bad vehicle. We have asked to return and is slow to action. Week 5 update, dealer replaced engine at no additional costs and has since worked good no leaks
