Had a great experience buying a car here. Sam was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He showed us great options and treated me and my wife amazingly throughout the whole process. He made us feel very comfortable and never pressured us into anything. We really appreciated his patience, honesty, and customer service. However, my recent encounter left me reeling from a rude awakening. With the arrival of a new employee, the atmosphere shifted dramatically. Gone were the courteous exchanges and attentive service. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Attempting to secure my second vehicle, I was rudely denied a basic test drive, made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The once welcoming environment had turned cold, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to witness such a stark departure from the standards of professionalism. As someone who values respect and courtesy, I can no longer recommend American Auto Sales with confidence.
