This is the reason I waited before leaving a review. I purchased my vehicle from Arizona Best Cars at the end of January. Within about 2–3 weeks, I noticed that the car felt like it was scraping, which immediately raised concerns. Now, only a few months later, my check engine light has come on. When I reached out for assistance, I was told that I would be responsible for paying for the repairs. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering how soon these issues began after purchase. My concern is that, based on the documents provided at the time of sale, there was nothing disclosed indicating any existing or potential issues with the vehicle. As a customer, I relied on that information when making my decision. Additionally, we purchased two vehicles from this company, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I expected a higher level of transparency and post-sale support. I would strongly encourage the business to stand behind the vehicles they sell and to better support their customers when issues arise so soon after purchase.

I just bought my first car with them and they helped me out so much! They were all super nice not intimidating at all. I left with an amazing deal, got called back into their office a day later to speak with finance and left with an even better deaall!! Shout out to Arthur, Josh, Boris, and Michael! I couldn’t have chosen a better spot than Arizona best cars 🩷🩷🩷

I had such a great experience at this dealership! The owner personally took the time to help me, which really made a difference. Every single employee I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. I would recommend them to anyone a million times over—truly top-notch service! Shout out to Brian!!!

I would like to give a big shout out to arthur , brian & his team. This was my first time financing a vehicle & they made sure I was well taking care of. Best of all love my big new purchase! BMW X5 Thank you guys so much!! I'm 73, been through many car purchases. Walked more than I bought. My encounter with the team at Arizona Best Cars was just different. I didn't want the experience to end. My wife and I just wanted to be adopted by this wonderful family business. Within minutes we felt comfortable. Nothing pretentious just faithful information on the car we ended up buying. Yes at a fair value. Thanks Adam you helped us feel secure, Josh for your kindness, Arthur for amazing automobile knowledge, Michael for your creativity, and Adam in service for going the extra mile to be sure the car was ready, also to your test drive specialist who answered or found the answer to all our questions, and to all the wise senior management who cared for our business.
