Be very careful! My son purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the vehicle was advertised as a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range. However, after my son got the vehicle and was able to log into the Tesla App it showed that the car was actually the Mid Range model. Upon informing them that the model is not the model my son wanted and not the model advertised and that he thought he was buying, they only defended their internal computer systems and said that all their systems say it is the Long Range model. However, we clearly indicated that the Tesla App, the in car display, and Tesla themselves confirms that the model is not Long Range but Mid Range, yet they indicated that this was Tesla's fault and that we should take up the matter with them. After nearly a month of discussions, they eventually offered to buy back the vehicle but not at full price and actually wanted to charge him $1000 for reconditioning the vehicle. The total amount of loss for my son would have been over $3K which I indicated was totally unacceptable. It is mind boggling that they seem to be only concerned about defending their computer systems than righting what is a clear and obvious wrong. So, if despite all of this info you still decide to shop with them, my advice is to be very careful and check everything. Because if something isn't right on their end and you sign on the dotted line, you will be the one to suffer. They don't appear to have any accountability.

Completely a "magic trick" type of business. Placed a deposit, no paperwork signed- changed my mind after further research. Once I informed them I would no longer be going forward with purchase, 3 weeks later Sam said that they could keep deposit regardless- with no paperwork signed at all regarding sale. Be careful with them- they will try to tell you verbal agreements hold weight, which they do not in the state of Arizona (Statute of frauds). After informing Sam that I knew my rights, he finally agreed to refund- then gave me the runaround. Its now February and theyve not responded to emails, so I'm filing in civil court tomorrow. Do not deal with them

Absolutely amazing! Just the friendly staff makes this small dealership out shine the bigger dealerships by far. I had been looking for a car went to several big & small dealerships, kinda felt like a dating site nightmare the cars didn’t look like what was posted. Several weren’t even so much as cleaned up, dirty inside and out. The car I found on Auto Time website was not only cleaned up it was meticulously detailed inside/out and absolutely beautiful in person. I looked at the car & drove it away in about an hour. Within 3 days there was an issue with the car. I was out of town & called Sam, he said bring it in as soon as you return. I did, they took care of it, I had no problem no issues no questions from them. My car was taken care of and back to me in a short time. I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a look. They don’t pressure- they have respect, and true customer service, something that seems to have been lost these days with retailers.

I can’t thank Auto Time enough for the amazing experience I had! Sam and Brett were absolutely over the top with their service they went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free. As a first time buyer, I was nervous about financing, but they guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. I’ve never had such a positive experience buying a car, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into helping me find the right fit. Highly recommend Auto Time, especially Sam and Brett, for anyone looking for top notch service!

We went in to buy a vehicle after looking at many other places. Bret and Sam were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Service was top notch and the car was exactly how they said it was! I highly recommend Auto Time!
