The best experience I've had at a dealership by far highly recommend this place. Was helped right away by Eric he is very friendly and knowledgeable he didn't try to convince us on another car he brought out the exact car we wanted he got us a good deal on it. Lori was amazing as well she made the paperwork a smooth and fast process. We were there maybe an hour tops we felt at easy throughout the time. We will be coming here for future vehicle's! We had a really great experience at this dealership overall. There were a few bumps along the way, but we ultimately drove away with a beautiful Hyundai Tucson and are very happy with our purchase. That said, we did encounter some issues. One salesperson and a manager were extremely rude and, frankly, tried to mislead us to push a deal through. On top of that, they were unwilling to give proper credit to the salesman who originally helped us and did all the work. Because of this, he had to come in the next day—while sick—just to make sure he received credit for the deal. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and absolutely deserved it. Thankfully, the rest of the team we worked with was amazing. Everyone who treated us with friendliness and respect truly made up for the negatives. Huge shoutout to James, Skylee, Karlee, and Adam — you all made our couple of days car shopping a great experience. You were professional, helpful, and genuinely wonderful to work with. If you’re looking to buy a car here, I highly recommend asking for them. 10/10 service from that group.

Shady & Deceitful is an understatement. - I am writing this review to document my experience and to warn other potential buyers. I purchased a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser from this dealership for just under $5,000 cash. The vehicle was advertised and represented as inspected, in good working condition, and free of major mechanical issues. Within approximately 300 miles, the check engine light came on. The vehicle began showing clear symptoms, including loss of power and misfiring. I had the vehicle scanned at AutoZone, which returned diagnostic codes indicating misfire-related issues and possible engine concerns. I then took it to a mechanic I have known and trusted for over 20 years, who identified signs consistent with a serious engine problem, including potential coolant intrusion. I returned the vehicle to the dealership with the check engine light on. From that point forward, the process became extremely concerning: - The vehicle remained with the dealership for nearly a week - I received conflicting statements, including that the engine might need replacement, followed by claims that there was “nothing wrong” - The check engine light was no longer present, with no clear explanation of what was done - The dealership relied on shops they regularly use, which provided a “clean bill of health” based largely on a lack of overheating during a short test drive At no point was a thorough, unbiased diagnostic evaluation initially performed. Only after continued pressure was a truly independent third-party inspection pursued. Following that process, the dealership ultimately chose to issue a full refund. While I appreciate that the situation was eventually resolved, it should not have required this level of escalation, persistence, and outside verification to reach that outcome. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage any potential buyer to: - Obtain an independent inspection BEFORE purchase - Be cautious of claims that a vehicle has been fully inspected - Get everything documented My concern is that without proper due diligence, another buyer could easily find themselves in the same situation.
