I haven’t been this pleasantly surprised in decades. A couple hiccups in my application didn’t even slow down the approval process. Manny’s attention to detail and knowledge of the processes made this a great experience. I highly recommend checking out the inventory and stopping in to see Manny. No pressure exceptional service!

Seriously, my experience with EMMANUEL was fantastic from the start. He even came all the way to my place to pick me up, which was super convenient. Then, he helped me find a car that fit my budget perfectly. I was really impressed with how he handled everything. It made the whole process so much easier than I expected. I'm definitely going to recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you Manny you the real MVP. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Manny was definitely a big help and he kept it straight forward with me and answered every question and gave us the time to test drive every car we liked I’m definitely bringing more folks his way

It Just keeps getting worse with this place. Had my car for about a month before it broke down. I was told it was the engine due to the fact they didn't service the car before I bought it. They did do a full tune-up at that point instead of replacing the engine. I was told if it does it again we will replace the engine. It did it again so I call service manager who said he would set it up for the engine to be replaced. I called for 6 week with no call back. Finally call sales and the say oh we didn't know because service manager is no longer with us. I was then referred to call the warranty center in Phoenix. The warranty center sent the store an email. So for 6 weeks I have been paying car payments and Uber $70 a day to get to work. Took 2 more weeks for the store to get my car in the shop. And now they have had it 2 weeks. And if I want an update I have to call them because even when I am told they will find out and call me they don't. And all they can do is defer 1 payment for me. They didn't even tell what they are doing with the car until I called 3 times in 1 day. They sell lemons don't communicate and take no responsibility for anything until you force the issue. The reason I bought the car was so I wouldn't need to Uber. I'm in the same situation as before I got the car but now I have a car payment and insurance. I lost so much $ by getting a car at Cactus Jack's. Please save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere else. To the owner that left a comment. I have spoken with Austin multiple times with little empathy and the response that things happen when you buy a used car and I should be satisfied that it was being fixed. We'll yeah because I bought and payed for the warranty. No because your nice guy's. Everyone at the location knows I am unhappy with the service and quality of the car. I also find it funny that you left the message with no real solution but to continue to deal with the same people who know and don't care. I am in a worse financial situation because of your dealership. I now have to take an Uber but also have a car payment and insurance. I would have been better off not getting a car.
