Mario is knowledgeable, accommodating, detail-oriented and ethical. Paramount Auto Sales, you are fortunate to have Mario on your team. Recently I was conducting a nationwide search for the 2022-current BRZ/GR86 platform, and I noticed a good candidate on Paramount's website. I reached out to the dealership to learn more about that particular car, and Mario was the one to respond. I'm glad he did. He called appropriately, texted appropriately, and just to demonstrate the vehicle's cold start, under the hood components and walk around, Mario shared a videochat with me. These efforts by Mario easily went above and beyond what I expected, and even though I purchased a different car from a different dealer much closer to where I live, I wanted to take the time to recognize Mario for his consummate professionalism.
