Friendly staff all around. Worked with Mario initially… had to come back due to closing hours. No biggie. I came in with multiple pre-approvals from banks.. told them that & they didnt ask for any details of who it was through. They ran my credit through multiple other banks. Mario said we could work with a Tucson credit union, and would just need paystubs. Sent over paystubs and heard nothing. Called in and was told I would hear from him in a few. Hours go by and again, nothing.. text him. Nothing. Husband texted him and heard nothing. At this point we were starting to look at other dealerships. I get it.. things can be crazy there BUT at least give some sort of acknowledgment. We ended up speaking to a different salesperson and had a completely different experience. Up front and honest. This person said the credit union wouldn't work with us unless we physically went into a branch, but they would be closed prior to us getting down to Tucson. We decided to go through a different bank. This dealership ended up giving me more money for my trade than any other dealership by FAR. Got me approved with my preferred bank, too. It had its bad and its good. Just need to work on consistent communication.

My wife and I came in looking for an opportunity to lower our car payment. We were helped out by Andrew, and he really took our asks to heart! He sat down with us and explained all of our options and what each one would look like for us. At the end of the day, we traded in our car and left with a lower payment and a very happy wife with a new-to-us Mazda! Andrew was awesome throughout, very honest and wanted to make sure our needs were met - not just that we left with a car. Great people, great culture! Will be coming back for the next one :)

I can’t say enough good things about this The Car Lot and the amazing team here. Mario helped us, along with the rest of his team EJ, Hammed, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. As a mom trying to get through nursing school, getting a reliable car felt stressful, but they truly worked with us and made it happen. They helped us find a vehicle that was dependable and at a good price, which meant so much to our family. Beyond that, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was so courteous, attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed, like we were at home. Very sweet people who truly care about helping you, not just making a sale. Thank you to Mario and the entire team for helping us accomplish our goal of getting a car so I can continue nursing school. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive car-buying experience.
