I had such a great experience purchasing my 2015 red Lexus from this dealership. Carlos and Ivan were both amazing to work with—very professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. The car itself was exactly as described and in excellent condition. I absolutely love it and couldn’t be happier with my decision. EXCELLENT customer service from both Carlos and Alex! Very satisfied with our purchase and how simple financing was for us. My questions and concerns were always answered. They were very straight forward and honest from the beginning. We had some issues with our vehicle a few days after purchase but they did not hesitate to make the necessary repairs at no cost to us. Alex even threw in some new tires to replace the ones that were worn out. Overall, I would definitely recommend AD CarPros and will be coming back again when ours son’s are ready to purchase their vehicles. Sales team exceeded our expectations!
