⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was looking to sell my 2026 Model Y, because I purchased another vehicle. Right out the gate everyone kept offering way below my asking price. Then comes Imperial Tradelinks, who gave me a fair offer. At first, I honestly thought it might be too good to be true. I was worried about getting scammed, but Ali did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their patience, they made sure I felt safe about the transaction. That level of trust and transparency was a huge plus. They make promises casually and don’t honor them — be careful. I was at CarMax trying to sell my car when I received a call from Moe at Imperial Tradelinks. I had left an inquiry a few days earlier. After I sent him all the details, photos, and full information about my car, he told me he would GUARANTEE at least $500 more than CarMax and insisted I come to them instead. Since it was Saturday, we scheduled an appointment for the following week. Moe clearly guaranteed they would beat CarMax’s offer. When I showed up on the agreed date, Moe wasn’t even there. Other staff looked at my car, started pointing out minor issues, and then told me they could only offer $4,000 LESS than my CarMax quote. By that time, my CarMax offer had already expired. I was literally at CarMax ready to sell when Moe told me to come to them instead, guaranteeing a higher offer. I drove over two hours round trip from and to LA, wasted my time, and ended up with a dramatically lower offer. They even claimed that CarMax and Carvana always give high quotes upfront and then lower them later — which was absolutely not my experience. If a business doesn’t understand the weight of their word and the importance of keeping promises, they shouldn’t be trusted. I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with them.
