Best OC Cars made buying a used car a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, customer service and the great selection of vehicles. (And the office is clean and decorated beautifully!) I especially want to shout out **Sam** for making the entire process so enjoyable. She is incredibly smart, funny, and just a beautiful person inside and out. Her positive energy was infectious, and she was so knowledgeable about all the cars, answering all my questions with honesty and reassurance which made me feel confident in my decision choosing Best OC Cars. Sam truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience and found the perfect car for me. I highly recommend Best OC Cars to anyone in the market for a used car. This is a little late but I need to definitely give my opinion because I value customer service tremendously. Sam is by far an amazing caring person who is direct and was willing to work hard to help me with my current financial needs. I am now the owner of a very much needed vehicle because Sam took the time to help me find something reliable, safe, durable and affordable vehicle. Sam you are the best and I will absolutely without a doubt be coming back to you for my upgrade. I continue to recommend friends and family to Best OC Cars.

Sam was very easy to work with. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I had some worries during the pandemic about test driving and being exposed to others during social distancing. She was terrific over the phone and gave me as much detail as possible to make the decisions I needed before coming in for a test drive. Once I was there, I was impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the lot and the vehicle I purchased. Other vehicles on the lot seemed stellar as well. Sam even arranged to hold my price while I had my Dad come down the next day and kick the tires and test drive by himself. Then I came back and signed. She handled everything. I will be recommending Sam to my friends and family, and will be coming back when I need another car. I am so happy with my Prius it is adorable and exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. A+++

Sam was amazing professional and beyond helpful. The car I purchased was clean detailed and ready to go. Coming in to her place of business I was kind of skeptical because I don't buy cars from Dealers. Sam assured me of everything and i left with a smile.. Had my registration as she promised a few days later and title in 3 weeks.. Love BEST OC CARS.

I came here because of Sam's excellent reviews, also hoping to have a good overall used car buying experience. Unfortunately that didn't happen for me, and I have been surprised at how Sam has turned out to be dishonest and unwilling to follow through with her promises. I ended up buying a used Acura TL after being assured multiple times that the car was in great shape and that there would be NO major repairs needed. They told me they performed a thorough "100 point inspection" on this car and I trusted that. I was even told that if any major issues came up in the first few days they would help me take care of them. Long story short, I ended up having to spend over $1000 within the first week on needed repairs that were made to seem like nothing during the car buying process. Dead battery, broken engine mount, damaged tie rod ends, tires with ripped side walls that are unsafe to drive. I even specifically asked about the shape of the tires as I couldn't see the inner treads when on the lot, and was told they would go another 10k miles... Some of this is on my for not taking the car to a mechanic and doing a full inspection, but I was hoping that I could trust that the high ratings would be a reflection of Sam's honesty. In addition, Sam promised to send me some things that were missing on the car (Navigation CD and tow hook cover) within the first week. Over a month later I haven't received anything and she has stopped responding to text messages. Overall I actually like the car, I just wish Sam had been honest about everything and had followed through on her promises.
