I recently had a fantastic experience at Hernandez Auto Sales and I wanted to share the details. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, especially Martha. They listened to what I was looking for without being pushy, and really took the time to understand my needs. Martha was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured during the entire process. They were transparent about pricing and financing options, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was top-notch, and I drove away feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. By far the best dealership Ive gone to! They are super helpful and sweet. They answered every question I had and were very patient with me. I got a Nissan Rouge from here and I love it! Its been over a year now and my car is at the best shape! 100% recommended coming here!

Ill begin by saying that I don’t leave reviews very often. But I was honestly personally hurt enough to do this one . Upon arrival I was met with stares of judgement. Before you wonder; I had no visible tattoos, and I wasn’t dressed like a gangbanger nor did I look homeless. I carried on; because hey, maybe it’s in my head. I started to realize that it was clearly prejudice because I was told that in-order for me to test drive the car, I had to do a credit check! The car btw was 7k beater from 2012 with the bumper falling off, definitely not an AMG. When my background, personality, plus my strong credit score was revealed, I saw it sink in a bit for the woman who was attending me. She felt obligated (guilty) to assure me that the credit check is only done for insurance reasons incase of an accident during test drive. Which also meant that she thought I was an idiot, because this is NOT true nor is it common practice. The car seemed mechanically solid, and had I felt not judged, I would have seriously considered it, but a bad taste was left in my mouth. Additionally, not all their cars are given a warranty. Which isn't entirely an uncommon practice, but the fact that they release themselves of liability as quick as possible from certain cars could mean that they're not confident in the mechanical health of those specific car. I am latino and they are latino, please do better, especially in these trying times. I am always happy to support small businesses but this was not a good experience and I hope the woman who attended me could grow from this review. Thank you.

Best place too buy a car ! I’ve bought 3 cars so far and I’ve had zero issues ! It’s a family business so don’t think it’s a cooperate office, they’ll treat you like family here ! I will definitely be coming back in the future for another car ! Thank you Alex for the deal.

Omg!!! I loved the attention that they give their customers. I appreciated everyone that helped me find a Toyota Camry and it is in perfect condition. I will be coming back with my family for our next car.
