This was my review 7 months ago when I got vehicle yea I was excited because they helped me out with financing in house but after few days my car needed to go to shop. I continue payment said ahh maybe little bump on road 2 months later my transmission goes out I replace it bring it to dealer’s attention that replacing the transmission set me back I’ve never complained about having to fix the issues but after 5 month my job slow down I continue the payments I was one month late they gave me 14 days before late fees are added etc. day 6 came and instead of working with me they picked up the vehicle and now are asking for 1000 more on top of my payment this been the worst experience with this dealership ever not only are all there vehicles defective but they try to scam you on top for more money specially after you fixed all the problems with the vehicle and the same sales person Jose is also there mechanic so the other review they have about them is true I have message as well from Miguel and Jose saying there the dealership mechanic I have receipts and screenshots of these conversations. I highly recommend never going to this dealership unless you want to get scammed.

This is the Best Used Car Dealership in Southern California by far!!!....I can't say enough about the team at "M Auto Center West"...Found my Dream car with them!!!..and they made it happen for me!!! They worked with my "Budget"..and Also Helped me Get Great Auto insurance... I highly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle purchase...I wouldn't go anywhere else if you're looking for an Amazing Ride...This is the place!!!

Tried speaking to their rep. Very unprofessional. Tried asking him a few questions regarding pricing and finance option. Staff sounds like he has no idea what he / she is talking about. Then replies rudely in the comments. Take business elsewhere.

I went here not expecting anything as my credit is horrible but they worked with me and after about an hour I left with a 2012 mazda 3 and it has been a dream. Definitely recommend 10/10
