The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel uncomfortable at any point. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect deal within my budget! The entire process was smooth and transparent—no surprises. Mike really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. The vehicle was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and he made sure everything was ready to go before we drove off. I had such a great experience at this auto shop. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, welcoming, and honest. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. Huge shoutout to Sean for being especially helpful and informative. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done on my car. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does.

Mike was very patient- I put $500 deposit and was able to come back several times to make sure It worked - My mom could get into it and get the wheelchair in it. Several test drives around the area. Very accommodating. I will recommend to friends looking for a good deal.

So, I'm SUUUUUUPER skeptical of used car lots, but these guys did it right for the most part. Inside of the facility was super clean, which was kind of a nice little surprise. They had a great selection of cars on the lot, but I was only there for one. Mike was super nice, didn't pressure me at all, and even sat there and took it while I cut down the issues with the car for about an hour, haha. He was super honest and forthcoming, and very accommodating, when it came to exploring the car inside and out. They were nice enough to let my friend (the "expert" i brought along) take the car for a drive to evaluate my assessment. Even offered to fix a few of the issues for me, pre-sale. Everything was on the up-and-up, and the entire staff was friendly and eager to chat about cars. In the end, though, we weren't able to come to an agreement on price, however, which is completely understandable. That said, they didn’t try to add any installed options, like PPF, lo jack, ETC to jack up the price once I got there, which was a plus. But I ended up walking off the lot without a new (to me) car. No hard feelings at all, though, we all shook hands and parted ways. Aside from the traffic to get down there (awful, but also nothing they can do about it), the experience was positive. If they have the car you want, I'd go give them a shot! I’ll absolutely consider them for future car shopping
