I had a very disappointing experience with Quality 1 Auto. Before making a purchase, I specifically asked about the condition of the vehicle and how long it had been sitting on the lot, and I was given information that turned out to be misleading. Thankfully, I decided to take the car to an independent mechanic before finalizing anything. The inspection came back with an estimated $4,700 in needed repairs, issues that absolutely should have been disclosed upfront. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting anything this dealer tells you.

We recently bought a car here in December 2017 Ford Explorer And it has been nothing but amazing for our kids and us Any type of problem we have with anything we contact them and they’ll help us fix it right away.
