I wanna thank Nancy from Fresno auto plex For helping us get into this beautiful Kia K5 we lived in Bakersfield, drove up all the way to Fresno to pick up the car. She had everything ready for us. We were out within the hour. She had amazing customer service and made my family feel welcome. Great conversation and just a great person overall thank you Nancy again for all your help

He was patient, honest, and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable with the process. He made what could’ve been stressful actually feel exciting.
