First time dealing with Option 1 Motors and they are a family owned and operated. The experience from start to finish was a great experience. Our daughter did everything herself, fun to watch them grow up. Overall we will be back again for sure

My salesman, Santos was very respectful, knowledgeable and polite. He was patient answering all my questions and concerns. The process went fast and streamlined. I drove all the way from the Bay Area to purchase my truck and it was worth the drive. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Option 1 motors!

This dealership is awesome!! I purchased a vehicle from today and the entire process from selection to financing was one of the easiest I have ever experienced when buying a car! Our salesman, Jason, was fantastic very knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. Truly outstanding customer service!!

Things started off well, but unfortunately ended poorly. Although there was ongoing back-and-forth communication, the process to finalize a vehicle I had already left the lot with took nearly two weeks, which should not have happened. Despite being reassured, the deal was never clearly finalized, and with my patience wearing thin, I decided to return the vehicle. The dealership was understanding at that point, and we agreed a full refund would be issued. During the refund process, I received most of my money back but was told the dealership was experiencing financial issues and did not have the remaining funds available. I ultimately agreed to accept 92% of what I was owed because I did not trust that the balance would be paid as agreed. While I believe the individuals involved are good people, the business practices were disappointing. A dealership’s financial problems should not affect a customer receiving money they are owed. Communication existed, but the delays and failure to meet agreements caused unnecessary stress for me as the customer, which is why I am leaving a one-star review. I do not recommend this dealership because of these issues—delays in finalizing purchases, unreliable refund processes, and unmet agreements make the experience unnecessarily stressful for customers.

Fantastic place to buy a car or truck. John bustamanti was kind helpful and very smart and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend buying a used vehicle from this facility. If I need another car, I will definitely be purchasing it here.
