Wasted time. They kept me there for hours sitting in ants in there waiting room. Told me for 2 weeks they would definitely get me into the truck I wanted for 3k down. Ok I went and brought the 3k and they couldn't do anything just ask for more money. Surprised that they didn't try and sell me another car. Only thing I can say nice about this place is the guy they have here named Sean, he was cool and trying to get his manager to do his job. Hope they don't share my personal information. They will have serious problems if they do since I didn't authorize any thing like that, based on other reviews that say they shared there info.

This was definitely a great experience compared to what I’m used to. Sean and Miguel (and honestly the whole team there) were friendly, lively, and kept to their word on doing whatever they could to work with us. This is definitely somewhere I will trust in the future and I’m super happy!

Miguel and Shawn were extremely helpful. They offer a great selection of vehicles to choose from. I highly recommend visiting them if you're in the market for a car!

Shawn was very pleasant but couldn’t tell me ANYTHING about the cars on the lot. He talked to me for 45mins waiting for his manager to return from a haircut. Once the manager arrived he was absurdly rude. He did not want to talk to me. He didn’t greet me, didn’t answer any questions so I asked him if he minded letting me know the prices of some of the vehicles and his first and only words to me, with a slight shrug in his shoulder, were “why not?” No smile. Extremely curt and disinterested in servicing me. I asked about a few cars very different in miles, year, make and model and he quite practically said the same price for every car. Never changing his tone. He was so rude it’s almost comical. I will not be purchasing from them and recommend others look elsewhere as well. The car sales business is rooted in customer service. Just awful. Clearly caught him on a bad day.

Probably the worst people to deal with. Spoke with a guy name Shawn and all he wants to do is talk. Not only can he NOT assist in helping you find a car but he misleads you in believing their dealership can finance you. After extensive questioning he is more like a hostess at a fine dining restaurant. He can get you seated, but can’t take your order, can’t get you water, and definitely can’t suggest anything that would make you feel comfortable in buying from their dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Your personal information will be exposed without a legitimate offer or deal. Sketchy…
