JC’s Auto Sales is the best! Really impressed by the level of service, responsiveness, and quality of this dealership. Bought a truck for my son graduating highschool, and they made it simple, easy and seamless. This feels like a family spot. Both Juan and Alex were so nice and friendly. No hassle. Just honest and genuinely good people. Definitely would buy another used car from here!

Alex was great, i agree with other reviews no hassles and zero game-playing or unneccessary 'upgrades' like other dealers. Family owned and respectful I felt taken care of safe, and that I made a great decision going with them.

I baught my Infiniti q50 hybrid from jc’s . It s kind of a rare car so I drove to long beach from San Diego to get this one . Got a good deal and it was clean . When I got home the check engine light came on . Turns out it had some kind of error code . At first I was stressed out . I called Juan up and no questions asked he took care of it replaced annd replaced my breaks that were kind of squeaking and even gave me a loner car while they worked on it . ( I’m even trying to buy the loner car lol) any how jc auto sales are stand up dudes . Juan’s word is like gold . They took care of me and I would recommend buying a car from jc auto sales hands down . If fact probably going to buy my next car from them too . We all done had bad experiences with auto dealers so when you come across a honarable business got to go back to them . Thanks Juan I appriciate you big dog . You the man .

I have bought two different cars here and every time it’s a better experience. Juan has been so helpful with my purchase. All the employees are very helpful and are ready to answer any questions. I truly recommend this place for any car purchased.

I had a great experience with Alex. Customer service was excellent and they really worked with me to help get me approved for a nice 2015 Infiniti Q50. They were patient, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. I appreciate the effort they put in to help me find a car I really wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good car and a dealership that actually helps their customers.
