Top Ride Auto Group is without any doubt the best car dealership experience I've ever had. No hidden fees, just honest prices. The associates were very respectful and gave us space when we were checking out the car. The finance manager and all the staff were very nice and friendly. Everything about this place is fantastic. I will be going to this dealership every time I need another car and will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know. My highest recommendation! 10/10!

They have treated me with respect. I am always weary of businesses not being honest or fair to women but I can say that the owner has always been transparent and explains the details so I know what my car is getting. I recommend this place to anyone that can swing by, the staff is knowledgeable and they have honest business practices.

Had a very easy time getting a car here. We were in a pinch to get back to a “2 vehicle household” and these guys were very helpful, even stayed open late for us to drive 2 hours. Great inventory of used cars. They washed it as we did the paperwork and were easy to work with. Our creditors worked directly with them and we were able to take home a car same day! Thank you. Oh and I got a free pen !

I gave it ample time, but after this whole ordeal I need to share my experience with this dealership, initially going in everyone was super kind and nice I felt like I was was making the right decision but I soon found out I wouldn’t have the experience I see the other reviewers had, I wanted a specific car I seen listed on their website I got to test drive said car and at first I didn’t see concerning issues, I made a large down payment and drove that car off the lot a few days later I noticed a huuuge puddle of engine oil on the ground from the car I was shocked and scared so I reached out to bill and the response seemed cold nevertheless I wasn’t given any other option outside of contacting the warranty which wrong because it was way to early to even file a claim with the warranty company, long story short iv been back and forth to this business regarding the issues with this car more than I should’ve and the issue has not been resolved and it seems like it is costing me money to repair the car when I should’ve never been sold this car with these issues, I take accountability for my part I should’ve waited and brought my mechanic or my dad to help me make a wise choice but I didn’t and this is what happened, to this day (6 months later) the car still leaks oil, and now the car wouldn’t turn over, I’m not in any way saying all the cars are bad but my personal experience wasn’t the best and it’s honestly frustrating because I feel like there was other options that could’ve been in place to keep a happy customer but instead I got a car that has significant issues and I wasn’t treated the best and given the run around constantly. I can’t say don’t shop here because it seems like overall most people have had a good experience here but this was not the case for me.
