I purchased an Audi Q7 from Diamond Auto Sales a few weeks ago. My experience was great! Not being in California to see the vehicle physically was somewhat of a risk, but all communication with Alex was clear & precise, and any questions I had were answered promptly. This gave me enough confidence to purchase the vehicle and take a flight from Texas over to Oakland CA so I could pick it up and drive it back. As with any purchases of a used vehicle, you may be thinking that you will be surprised with some "unknown" fault that is going to cost you a pretty penny. Well, the reason it's taken me a few weeks to write this review is because I've not had any issues with the vehicle. It is precisely what I was expecting and was told it would be. Thank you Alex! Now, confident with my vehicle, I've added some big tires, a 2" lift kit, and some rally lights among other things.

Alex and his team are amazing. I bought a GLA45 from Diamond and it was no nonsense, minimal “haggling”, and quick execution of the paperwork. This is how buying a car should be. I think had a warning light come on a month later and the Diamond team did a quick diagnostic and fixed it. Thanks so much and highly recommend this dealership.

Alex is a honest hardworking business man. I was nervous that it was my first time buying and fully expected to leave empty handed. He fully heard me out about my situation and gave me his word that he would do his absolute best. Thanks to Alex I get to drive home my dream car today!!!!

My partner and I purchased a vehicle from Alex at Diamond awhile back. The lot had a nice selection of vehicles, transaction was quick and painless. Fast forward 9 months, and the car was starting to act up (it’s a used car, things happen this was not a compete shock or surprise) I took it to a brand dealer where they were trying to scam me for an unbelievable amount of money (Oakland Subaru, eyes on you) to have it fixed. I decided to call Alex and see if he could make sense of what was happening here, and he was able to repair the car for a far more reasonable rate. Both Alex and I operate locally through small business and there is innate understanding that you have to take care of your customers, and Alex did just that. We will be going to him for our future vehicle purchases and are happy to refer people his way.

After my car being totaled I started looking for a new one. I drove everywhere to try to find a car and once finding this place it was game over. I found thw car I wanted and diamond auto sales made everything so easy. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They're friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and very dedicated to finding a car for anyone that goes here to look. I highly recommend this place. I could have been searching for weeks but they made it easy and within a hour or two I left with a car. I cant thank Alex enough. Keep being awesome!
