I had a great experience buying my new GLI from Oakland VW! John went above and beyond to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and I drove away feeling like I got a very good deal. I never felt pressured or rushed through the process, and we negotiated everything over the phone so I wasn’t waiting around at the dealership all day. He also checked in the week after to make sure everything was running smoothly and to answer some questions I had. I highly recommend Oakland VW if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, and ask for John!

Oakland VW always makes automotive service painless. I had ordered the 20,000 mile service on line for my GTI but after reviewing my service history, my Advisor Frank determined I only needed a simple oil change and a once over and he saved me a couple hundred dollars. I appreciate and value this kind of honesty. I have never had a bad service experience at Oakland VW and would recommend them and will continue to work with them.

I've been servicing my Tiguan with VW of Oakland for the past 6+ years and it's been nothing but great. For all this time, my service advisor was Bryan, and I have only good things to say about him and his team. Bryan does a tremendous job during checkin at explaining what would be done and what options you have, from required items to nice to dos. He is transparent with unexpected items during service and he will work with you to find solution. I'll definitely take my Tiguan back to them when it needs service.

I am very happy about their customer service. It seems that good people work at this dealership, and we all are fully aware what dealerships can look like and do to their customers. I have been helped by Dennis Dul, perfect service. Does not mind to negotiate a bit. :-)
