I had a really terrible experience here last week. Went to look at a CPO Subaru WRX listed and stickered at $24K. When I got there they wanted $29K for it with a bunch of add-ons (various protective coatings, security, and window etchings) which I was told were already installed. Long story short, after an hour and a half of negotiating where they were doing their best to obscure the actual price they were asking, I was told that only half were installed (I'm sure if I'd stayed none of them would have been). I was then offered a 6.99% APR while Subaru was doing a 0.99% APR event for which this car is eligible. That's when I left. I don't know if they train their sales staff to be this shady but I will not be giving them my business. Went down to Fremont Premier Subaru (see my 5-star review) the next day and bought a brand new WRX for less than the price it took me 2 hours to reach for the CPO one. Will not be giving Downtown Subaru my business for service even though I live walking distance from them. Buyer beware.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER***. This dealership is by far the most dishonest shady dealership by far that ive ever encountered. I worked at Hanlees Toyota and Napa Chrysler and i cant believe how shady this dealership is. Please check out Yelp and Car Gurus reviews and you wont want to come here. Many issues here but the cherry on top, after the piles of deception, was i paid for Lojack....which according to Richard is installed on every car, and through my own due diligence i found out theres no record of Lojack ever being on the used car I purchased. A HORRIBLE dealership full of liars and money hungry children.
